Know the Rules Before You Play

In these Terms & Conditions, the following definitions apply unless the context requires otherwise:

• "58o," "we," "us," "our" refers to the 58o platform and its operating entity, an internationally licensed online gaming operator.
• "Player," "you," "your" refers to any individual who registers for or uses a 58o account.
• "Platform" means the 58o website at 58o.net, its subdomains, mobile-optimised interfaces, all games, sportsbook, cashier, and any associated services.
• "Account" means the registered user account created by a Player on the Platform, denominated in Pakistani Rupees (PKR).
• "Real Money Balance" means PKR funds deposited by the Player into their 58o Account for the purpose of placing real-money wagers.
• "Bonus Balance" means any promotional funds, free spins value, or other incentive amounts credited to the Player's Account by 58o, which are subject to specific wagering conditions before conversion to Real Money Balance is permitted.
• "KYC" means the Know Your Customer identity and age verification process required by 58o before any withdrawal is processed.
• "Wagering Requirement" means the number of times a Bonus Balance (and in some cases the associated deposit) must be wagered on eligible games before a withdrawal of associated funds may be requested.

By registering an Account on the 58o Platform, you explicitly confirm the following representations and warranties, each of which is a condition of your continued access to the Platform:

• You have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions in their entirety, including all policies incorporated by reference (Privacy Policy, Responsible Gaming Policy, Bonus Terms).
• You are at least 21 years of age. 58o strictly enforces this minimum age requirement and will request documentary proof of age during the KYC verification process.
• You are accessing the Platform voluntarily, for personal entertainment purposes, and with full awareness that all forms of gambling involve financial risk.
• You are not accessing the Platform from a jurisdiction in which online gambling is illegal under applicable local law. You bear sole responsibility for determining the legality of online gambling in your specific jurisdiction before using the Platform.
• You are not a politically exposed person (PEP), and the funds you intend to deposit on the Platform are from legitimate sources.

3.1 One Account Per Player. Each individual natural person may hold only one Account on the 58o Platform. Accounts are not transferable. Opening, operating, or attempting to open multiple Accounts — whether using different names, mobile numbers, email addresses, payment methods, or device combinations — constitutes a material breach of this Agreement. All duplicate Accounts will be suspended and any balances forfeited upon discovery.

3.2 Registration Information. You must provide complete, accurate, and truthful information during registration, including your full legal name, Pakistani mobile number, and date of birth. 58o reserves the right to request supporting documentation at any time to verify registration details.

3.3 Account Security. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your 58o Account credentials, including your password and any two-factor authentication codes. You must not share your Account credentials with any third party. Any activity conducted on your Account using your credentials will be attributed to you, regardless of whether you personally authorised it. You must notify 58o support immediately upon becoming aware of any unauthorised access to your Account.

3.4 Minor Protection. If 58o discovers or has reasonable grounds to believe that a player is under the age of 21, that Account will be immediately suspended pending full investigation. Any winnings accumulated by an underage Account holder will be void and forfeited. 58o may retain deposited funds pending investigation and potential return to the payment source.

4.1 Mandatory KYC. 58o is required under its international gaming license to verify the identity and age of all players before processing any withdrawal request. KYC verification may also be triggered by large deposit volumes, withdrawal amounts exceeding defined thresholds, or at 58o's discretion for compliance purposes.

4.2 Required Documents. Standard KYC documentation required by 58o includes:

• A valid, government-issued photo identity document (CNIC, passport, or driving licence).
• Proof of residential address no older than three months (utility bill, bank statement, or official correspondence showing your name and address).
• Proof of ownership of the payment method used for deposits (e.g., screenshot of JazzCash or EasyPaisa account showing your registered name).

4.3 Processing Time. 58o will endeavour to complete KYC review within 48 business hours of receiving complete documentation. Withdrawals remain on hold until KYC is satisfactorily completed.

5.1 Accepted Payment Methods. 58o accepts the following payment methods for PKR deposits and withdrawals, subject to applicable minimum and maximum transaction limits:

5.2 Withdrawal Conditions. Withdrawals are subject to the following conditions: (a) full KYC verification must be completed; (b) all active wagering requirements on Bonus Balances must be satisfied; (c) the withdrawal amount must not exceed the Player's current Real Money Balance; and (d) the withdrawal method must match the deposit method used (to the extent technically possible, for AML compliance purposes).

5.3 Currency. All 58o Accounts are denominated in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). 58o does not charge currency conversion fees on PKR transactions. Any currency conversion fees applied by third-party payment providers are the responsibility of the Player.

5.4 Source of Funds. 58o reserves the right to request evidence of source of funds for large deposits or unusual transaction patterns. Failure to provide satisfactory source of funds documentation may result in withdrawal delay or account review.

6.1 General Bonus Rules. All bonuses, free spins, cashback offers, and promotional credits offered by 58o are subject to specific wagering requirements and terms communicated at the time the offer is presented. Where a conflict exists between a specific promotional term and this general clause, the specific promotional term prevails.

6.2 Wagering Requirements. Unless otherwise stated in the specific promotional terms, wagering requirements on 58o bonuses are calculated as a multiple of the bonus amount (e.g., a 30x wagering requirement on a PKR 1,000 bonus means PKR 30,000 in eligible wagers must be completed before withdrawal is permitted). Real Money Balance is wagered before Bonus Balance unless stated otherwise.

6.3 Game Contribution Rates. Different game categories contribute at different rates towards wagering requirement completion. Slot games typically contribute 100%. Live casino and table games may contribute at reduced rates. Sports betting contributions are determined per individual promotion. Specific contribution rates are detailed in each promotion's terms.

6.4 Bonus Abuse. 58o reserves the right to cancel bonuses, void associated winnings, and suspend Accounts where bonus abuse is detected. Bonus abuse includes but is not limited to: opening multiple Accounts to claim the same promotion, exploiting promotional terms in a manner not intended by 58o, placing low-risk or zero-risk combinations of bets to meet wagering requirements, and coordinating with other players to systematically exploit offers.

7.1 RNG Certification. All random-outcome games on the 58o Platform (including slots, virtual table games, instant games, and any RNG-based product) use Random Number Generator software that has been independently certified by an accredited third-party testing laboratory. The RNG produces outcomes that are statistically random and unpredictable.

7.2 Live Casino. Live dealer games on the 58o Platform are conducted using physical playing cards, roulette wheels, or other physical game apparatus, captured via high-definition video streams. The physical randomness of live game outcomes is not subject to software manipulation by 58o.

7.3 Return to Player (RTP). Each game in the 58o library has a published Return to Player percentage representing the theoretical long-term return to players. Published RTP figures are based on independent audit results. RTP applies over a very large number of game rounds and does not predict individual session outcomes.

7.4 Malfunctions. In the event of a game, software, or system malfunction that affects a game round or betting outcome, 58o reserves the right to void the affected round and return the relevant stakes to the Player's Account. 58o is not liable for any winnings or losses arising from a technical malfunction. Malfunction decisions are made by 58o at its sole reasonable discretion.

7.5 Sports Betting Settlement. All sports betting markets on the 58o Platform are settled according to the official result published by the relevant governing body (ICC for cricket, UFC for MMA, etc.). 58o reserves the right to use alternative official sources where primary official results are not published within a reasonable timeframe.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the 58o Platform and constitute material breaches of this Agreement:

• Multiple Account Operation: Registering, operating, or using more than one Account, or permitting any third party to operate your Account on your behalf.
• Fraudulent Activity: Using stolen, unauthorised, or fraudulently obtained payment methods; providing false identity information; or engaging in any activity intended to defraud 58o or other players.
• Money Laundering: Using the 58o Platform to process, conceal, or disguise the proceeds of criminal activity. 58o cooperates fully with law enforcement and regulatory authorities and will report suspected money laundering without prior notice to the Player.
• Collusion: Coordinating with other players to manipulate game outcomes, share betting information in prohibited contexts, or otherwise gain an unfair advantage over the Platform or other players.
• Automated Betting Systems: Using bots, scripts, artificial intelligence tools, or any automated system to place bets, interact with games, or perform any function on the Platform without prior written authorisation from 58o.
• Chargeback Abuse: Initiating fraudulent chargebacks or payment disputes with the intention of recovering deposited funds while retaining winnings or bonus funds.
• Platform Interference: Attempting to hack, reverse-engineer, modify, disrupt, or interfere with the 58o Platform, its servers, software, or any security measures.

9.1 58o's Right to Suspend. 58o reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any Account, with or without prior notice, where: (a) a material breach of these Terms & Conditions has occurred or is reasonably suspected; (b) the Platform is required to do so by applicable law, regulatory order, or direction from a competent authority; (c) 58o has reasonable grounds to believe the Account is being used for fraudulent, illegal, or money laundering purposes; or (d) the Account holder is determined to be under 21 years of age.

9.2 Balance Treatment on Closure. Upon Account closure for breach: (a) Bonus Balances and associated winnings will be voided and forfeited; (b) Real Money Balances may be returned to the original payment source following investigation, at 58o's discretion; (c) where criminal activity is suspected, funds may be held pending resolution of any relevant investigation or legal proceedings.

9.3 Voluntary Closure. Players may request voluntary Account closure at any time by contacting 58o support. Players who wish to close their Account for responsible gaming reasons should request self-exclusion, which prevents re-registration during the exclusion period.

10.1 Commitment. 58o is committed to providing a safe gaming environment. The Platform provides a suite of responsible gaming tools accessible directly from every registered Account, without requiring contact with support.

10.2 Available Tools. The following responsible gaming tools are available to all 58o Account holders:

• Deposit Limits: Daily, weekly, and monthly PKR deposit ceilings. Increases to deposit limits take effect after a 24-hour cooling-off period. Reductions take effect immediately.
• Session Time Alerts: Configurable time reminders that display a full-screen notification showing session duration and net result at the chosen interval.
• Cool-Off Period: A temporary voluntary break of 24 hours, 48 hours, 72 hours, or 7 days during which the Account is inaccessible for wagering.
• Self-Exclusion: Voluntary exclusion periods of 30 days, 90 days, 6 months, 1 year, or permanent. During self-exclusion, login access is blocked and the Account cannot be reopened for the duration of the exclusion period.
• Reality Check: Pop-up notifications at configurable intervals reminding players of their session duration and providing a one-click option to end the session.

10.3 Underage Gambling Prevention. 58o uses all technically available means to prevent access by persons under 21 years of age. Players who become aware of a minor accessing the Platform must report this to 58o support immediately.

All content on the 58o Platform, including but not limited to software, game code, graphics, logos, interface design, text, data compilations, and the 58o brand name and marks, are the property of 58o or its licensed suppliers and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform for personal entertainment purposes only. This licence does not permit you to: copy, reproduce, or redistribute any Platform content; reverse-engineer, decompile, or disassemble any Platform software; use any 58o trade marks without prior written authorisation; or use automated tools to extract data from the Platform.

12.1 No Guarantee of Winnings. 58o does not guarantee any specific outcome from using the Platform. All gambling activities involve inherent financial risk. Past performance of any game is not indicative of future results.

12.2 Service Availability. 58o endeavours to maintain continuous Platform availability but does not guarantee uninterrupted access. Scheduled maintenance, technical issues, third-party infrastructure failures, or events beyond 58o's reasonable control may result in temporary Platform unavailability.

12.3 Limitation of Damages. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, 58o's total aggregate liability to any Player arising out of or related to use of the Platform shall not exceed the greater of: (a) the Player's total deposits in the preceding 30-day period; or (b) PKR 50,000. 58o shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages under any circumstances.

12.4 Force Majeure. 58o shall not be liable for any failure or delay in performance arising from events beyond its reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, government actions, internet infrastructure failures, power outages, or acts of war or terrorism.

The collection, storage, and use of personal data by 58o is governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms & Conditions by reference. By using the Platform, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data in accordance with the Privacy Policy.

58o collects personal data including, but not limited to, identity information, contact details, transaction records, game history, and technical data (IP addresses, device identifiers) for the purposes of Account operation, KYC compliance, fraud prevention, and service improvement. 58o will never sell your personal data to third parties for marketing purposes.

14.1 Governing Law. These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which 58o holds its international gaming license. This choice of law does not affect any mandatory consumer protection provisions of the laws of your country of residence that may apply to your benefit.

14.2 Dispute Resolution. In the event of any dispute arising from your use of the 58o Platform, you should contact 58o support in the first instance. 58o will endeavour to resolve all disputes amicably within 30 days of receiving a formal complaint.

14.3 Escalation. Where a dispute cannot be resolved through 58o's internal complaints process, it may be referred to the independent dispute resolution body specified by 58o's international gaming license. Details of the applicable dispute resolution body are available from 58o support on request.

14.4 Jurisdiction. For any disputes that proceed to formal legal proceedings, both parties irrevocably submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the governing jurisdiction specified in Clause 14.1, except where mandatory local laws of your country of residence require otherwise.

58o reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time and for any reason, including changes to regulatory requirements, new product launches, or operational policy changes.

Where amendments are material — meaning they significantly affect Player rights, deposit or withdrawal conditions, or Account eligibility — 58o will notify registered Players via the email address or mobile number associated with their Account, or via a prominent notice on the Platform, at least 7 days before the changes take effect.

Non-material amendments (such as corrections of typographical errors, clarifications of existing provisions, or reformatting) may be implemented without prior notice. The date at the top of this document reflects the most recent revision. Players are encouraged to review these Terms & Conditions periodically.
